Goods Damaged in Transit or Faulty Cartridges: We only sell genuine original manufacturers product and as a result faulty cartridges are rare.
However, if you receive a damaged or faulty cartridge, simply fill out the following form, print it using your browsers print button and send it with the goods. Then, upon verification from the manufacturers technician, we will refund the item purchase price or send you a “no charge” replacement, freight free.
Warranty Request Form
- All items returned suspected faulty are forwarded to the manufacturer who requires cartridges to be accompanied by a print sample. In the case of laser cartridges, a cartridge status report including copy count will speed up the process.
- Ink cartridges are subject to a minimum weight test.
- Often cartridges are found to have blocked nozzles and can be easily unblocked. This does not constitute a faulty cartridge. Contact Ink Star Support if you would like information on simple methods for cleaning blocked nozzles.
